Main Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to bolster RedCloud's brand identity and market presence.
• Digital Marketing: Lead our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to increase visibility and engagement.
• Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing goals.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote RedCloud's vision and solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing, preferably within the tech or FMCG sectors.
• Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the proficiency to engage and influence various stakeholders.
• Creativity and an analytical mindset, with a drive to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative solutions.
• Experience in managing a marketing team and working with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
• Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and analysing data to guide marketing strategies.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages seen as advantageous.
