Main Responsibilities:

• Channel Development: Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with distributors and key stakeholders within the FMCG sector.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies tailored to the unique landscape of Cordoba, driving growth and market penetration.
• Market Insights: Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Partnership Management: Strengthen existing partnerships while scouting for new opportunities to expand the distributor network.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, adapting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector or a related field.
• Strong understanding of distributor networks and the capability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.
• Adept at analyzing market trends and utilizing insights to drive sales strategies.
• Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
