How you will contribute You will:
Responsible for the development and execution of selling programs related to their assigned Category's innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans Key linkage between the Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and the Category Innovation, Marketing and Equity teams to ensure that our strategies and tactics are aligned to the needs of our Customers Responsible for building category and customer plans for the assigned Category, working collaboratively with Category teams, Insights, and Customer Business Teams (CBTs) Be seen as the Category expert internally and create compelling, actionable & measurable category plans Provide thought leadership internally & externally around brand & category initiatives (promotional strategy / budget planning) Leading delivery of category dashboard / fundamentals and recommending corrective actions to ensure targets are met Ongoing assessment of critical baseline volume opportunities / risks and lead initiatives to optimize category performance What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Mondelez Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province. Tus tareas incluirán:
Mantener y cultivar relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes y ser su principal punto de contacto de ecommerce y guía respecto al negocio digital. Llevar adelante y Asegurar la consecución del Plan de negocio. Cerrar e integrar acciones comerciales según calendario de ecommerce. Medir la efectividad de cada plan comercial a través de KPIs. Trabajar en colaboración con distintas áreas de la compañía (Marketing, Trade, Customers, Modern Trade) en pos de impulsar el crecimiento del canal ecommerce y asegurar la omnicanalidad. Asegurar el abastecimiento y generar las ordenes de nuestros productos claves por categoria. Hacer seguimiento de la performance de manera mensual e Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Optimizar el uso de los recursos con el fin de obtener una mayor rentabilidad de las operaciones. Seguimiento de Cuenta, Presupuestos y P&L asociados a los mismos. Job specific requirements: Graduado o estudiante avanzado de las carreras de: Marketing, Administración, Comercial, Negocios, o carreras afines. Especialidad en Ecommerce o Negocios Digitales (deseable) +3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo o retail o preferentemente en modelos de ultima milla (deseable) Dominio avanzado de inglés. Conocimiento de Excel y Power BI Capacidad de negociación y autogestión. Work schedule: Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 a 18 hs
