The operations analyst is a key role for monitoring and solving live operational issues, and is also responsible for optimizing processes and generating efficient, scalable and customer-centric solutions, in order to secure the best experience for all our stakeholders.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

• Be responsible for optimizing Groceries operations at Rappi

• Take care of 360 experience for the whole Groceries business ecosystem (Users, RTs, Shoppers, Partners)

• Ensure Key SLAs are consistently achieved

• Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues

• Create analyses to generate actionable insights

• Work in partnership with our Commercial, Tech, and Data teams to solve problems

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

• Undergraduate/first-level degree in Engineering or similar

• A deep desire to work in a highly-dynamic and constantly-changing environment

• Disruptive and critical thinking

• Deep analytical skills

• Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way

• Advanced Excel skills

• SQL is a plus

• Work experience in technology companies
