ABOUT THE PROJECT

Conveniently located near major roadways like the Westlink M7 and A2 Motorway, Bella Vista Haven offers easy access to a variety of amenities including Bella Vista Farm, Castle Hill Country Club, Circa Retail Shopping Centre, Norwest Private Hospital, restaurants, and sporting clubs.

Growthbuilt are delighted to be working with AVEO on Bella Vista Haven which offers more than just a place to live to its residences, this project provides a lifestyle defined by top-notch interior design and resort-style facilities. The community centre serves as a social hub, offering activities like outdoor barbecues, billiards, group exercise classes, and leisurely walks through the community garden.

Working alongside our Project Engineer, your role initially will be to drive the ITP process. At Growthbuilt, we take our quality processes very seriously, which means there is a detailed step-by-step process. Don’t worry we will teach you the Growthbuilt Way, and you can have the confidence that everything we do meets the right standard. There’s a lot to do, but you will be the kind of person who thrives under pressure.

You will be surrounded by a team that have senior level experience in their respective roles as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Design Manager and more. This is an opportunity to be taught by some of the best Growthbuilt has to offer.

Here’s what your day to day might look like:

• Participate in the development, implementation of ITPs
• Assisting in the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of project quality standards and procedures
• Identify and speak up when there are issues with the project, drive the development and implementation of solutions.
• Review subcontractor quality documentation and checklists to ensure compliance
• Review quality of subcontract works on site and communicate them with the project team
• Assist with ensuring design is completed to standard and on time to maintain program
• Manage, monitor and control the flow of technical information between the design disciplines and internal and external stakeholders
• Review consultant and subcontractor output for compliance with the design brief
• Reference tender package content for scope of work, product usage and design logic are carried out - where applicable

ABOUT YOU

You will be right for this role if you have:

• 2-3 years post-graduate experience in an engineering role
• We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but you will have structural experience from either residential or civil projects
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
• Degree qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Suite and Aconex
