Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Silver Star RetailEAD is seeking a highly motivated and skilled SUPERVISORPERFORMANCE - MERCEDES-BENZ PC WORKSHOP to join our team in Sofia.
• Manage the daily capacity of the PC technicians and serviceadvisors
• Continuously improve service processes and make necessarydecisions to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Support organizing and management a team of technicians andservice advisors
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer servicewith a problem-solving attitude
• Report on workshop key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzedata using advanced Excel skills
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint to present workshopperformance to the management
• Foster an open-minded, creative, and communicative workenvironment to promote teamwork and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in workshop activity and automotiveindustry
• Previous experience in people management of a small team
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Active driver with a valid driving license
