FMOT (First moment of truth) department focuses on getting the best supplier, the best raw materials while implementing the best superiority communication into different exhibitors.As an Trade Marketing Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and deciding among prices, and designs the best store materials.Also you'll work with agencies to develop capabilities and work process improvements, working directly with Brand Managers and Sales Team.If you want the opportunity to build and improve the shopper experience in the retail stores this role it's for you, you will count with the outstanding team to support all the projects.Desired SkillsYou love evaluating and understanding material's quality production.You provide the idea and plans necessary to met / exceed retail expectations and support initiatives.You know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.You can handle large budgets and may work under stress.Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.Job Qualifications- 2 years experience in previous design and production instore displays experience in retail stores executions.- Suppliers and agencies management experience.- Strategic thinking- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with others- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities- Ability to work reciprocally across functions- Intermediate Excel knowledge- Focus on detail and process controlsAbout UsWe're the champions of P's 95,000+ employees.
