We’re seeking a Live News Reporter to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed term contract, playing a pivotal role in delivering continuous, high-quality news coverage for our UK newsroom during UK overnight hours. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of live news for our national brands, turning breaking developments into compelling coverage in real time for titles including the Daily Mirror, Daily Express & Daily Star as well as many of our regional brands including the Manchester Evening News, MyLondon and many more . Based in Australia, this critical position will monitor, report, and publish digital breaking stories and major developments during the day, ensuring our UK audience wakes up to timely, accurate, and engaging news. If you possess strong editorial judgment, a keen eye for spotting a story and have a good working knowledge of the UK, we want to hear from you! This role is a 12- month fixed term contract and is home based. We are only looking for candidates currently based in Australia and you must have the right to work in Australia as we cannot provide sponsorship. About us Hello, we’re Reach.
