Check and verify expenses reported by vendors in SAP.Prepare monthly report for A4 expenses.Verify and process Land invoices timely. Create MPO (manual PO) for payment.Perform daily operations related to all container activities, ensuring timely and accurate container movement. Implement cost-saving strategies to optimize Logistics activities and reduce expenses.Logistics and Container Control: Oversee general logistics and container control processes. Responsible for container fleet reporting and maintaining accurate records.Ensure the dates of container availability are regularly updated in the system to activate detention invoicing. This requires meticulous attention to detail and strong data management skills.Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders. This includes promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication.Container Evacuation: Ensure the surplus empty containers are evacuated from Australia to fulfill vessel allocation, without compromising the equipment needed to support export bookings.Process Improvement: Continually seek opportunities for process improvement, departmental efficiencies, and productivity increases.
