Accounts Payable Manager

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end accounts payable and payroll activities while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. While the role includes payroll responsibilities, much of the process is supported by automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with agreed terms
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
• Respond to internal and external payment queries
• Maintain accurate records and support month end close activities
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies

Payroll

• Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external providers
• Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits
• Assist with payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations
• Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain payroll records and support process improvements
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administration

About You

• Proven experience in accounts payable, with exposure to payroll processing
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with finance systems and automated processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder queries
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
