Robert Half is currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in the Perth CBD to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 4-month temporary leave cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, high-performing finance team and make an immediate impact.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the accounts payable function, ensuring continuity and accuracy during a period of leave.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who can quickly pick things up and work autonomously.

• End-to-end accounts payable processing in an AP team of 3
• High-volume invoice processing and matching (2-way and 3-way)
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Maintaining accurate data within SAP

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Strong working knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Available to commence immediately or on short notice
