Accounts Receivable Officer

We're working with a well-established business who are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Invoicing Officer to support the team on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start required.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the AR function and work closely with both internal teams and customers.

Our client is based in Welshpool with plenty of on-site parking. We have worked with this client previously and can attest to their supportive and collaborative work culture.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounts receivable
• Invoicing and credit notes
• Following up outstanding payments and managing collections
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting where required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and solid reconciliation skills
• Confidence when dealing with customers, particularly around collections
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience using Pronto will be highly regarded
• A positive, team-focused attitude
