Accounts Receivable Officer

Your Opportunity:

You will be joining a tight-knit business on an initial six-month temporary contract, with a likely extension. You will be part of an experienced and collaborative finance team in a rapidly growing and ever-changing business.

You will be supported by experienced and tenured leaders who will be on hand to support when needed.

You will support the business's finance function across multiple entities and cost centres. Your role will focus on BAU with a strong focus on end to end AR processing, reconciliation and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices for services rendered
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including payment allocations, reconciliations, and follow-ups
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue balances
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Respond to customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
• Assist with month-end reporting and AR-related financial tasks
• Support process improvement initiatives and help implement AR best practices

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience of Accounts Receivable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
