Accounts Receivable Officer - Sydney CBD

This is a hybrid position.

We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Sydney's CBD to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and step into a role with strong long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process
• Raising and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Following up on outstanding invoices and managing debtor collections
• Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate records within the finance system

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance Officer role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
