• Process sales/ purchase orders, ensuring attention to detail and accurate data completion.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, consulting professionally to queries and concerns.
• Manage email communication in a shared inbox.
• Exercise skilled stakeholder management, maintaining robust communication and relationships.
• Navigate CRM & ERP systems proficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration field.
• Prior experience in customer service and stakeholder management.
• Track record in efficiently handling telephone and email communication.
• Proven proficiency in MS Excel, CRM & ERP Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
