Job Description - Administration & Reception Officer

Evolve Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-established Wodonga-based organisation to find an exceptional Administration & Reception Officer to join their team.
Are you an organised, personable, and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our client is on the hunt for a confident and professional individual to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of their Wodonga office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while keeping the day-to-day administrative functions of the office running smoothly. About the Role

Based at our client's Wodonga office at 1A Petcare Place, you'll play a key role in supporting their team across a broad range of administrative and front-of-house responsibilities. This is a casual full-time position with a start date to be confirmed, offering great consistency and variety in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional manner at front office reception
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, relay messages accurately, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through reliable general record keeping
  • Support the team with a range of general administration tasks including printing, scanning, and document binding
  • Keep the front office presented professionally and ensure daily operations flow efficiently

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role (desirable but not essential, attitude is everything!)
  • Confident, friendly communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Tech-savvy with solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player who takes pride in their work
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour
