We are currently seeking a motivated
Junior Support Broker to join our
Facultative Reinsurance team. Reporting to the Head of National Fac, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Fac team by assisting in the placement, servicing and management of facultative reinsurance contracts.
What You'll Be Doing As a Junior Support Broker, you'll:
- Collaborate with the team to achieve client retention and brokerage targets
- Handle customer inquiries and liaise with insurers for policy changes and new terms
- Manage workloads to meet client deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Analyse client risks, review underwriting data, and provide recommendations to senior brokers
- Assist in placing reinsurance contracts, negotiating terms and achieving optimal outcomes for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders
- Prepare accurate documentation and maintain organised records in compliance with regulations
- Support administrative tasks such as invoicing and premium payment monitoring
What We're Looking For We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the reinsurance industry. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A keen interest in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
