We now have an opportunity for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join us for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. Based at our Refinery in Geelong, this is a key role in keeping our business‑critical applications running reliably, securely and at peak performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑moving, future‑focused organisation supporting Australia’s energy transition — and to work across complex platforms that truly keep our business moving.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the operations, support and continuous improvement of major enterprise industrial applications. You’ll bring a strong technical background, at least 5+ years in application support, and the ability to proactively monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across a diverse environment using incident and change management ITIL practices. You’ll work closely with vendors, product owners, cloud engineers and security teams, contributing to lifecycle management and system enhancements following the software development lifecycle within an agile delivery model.
