Requirements

• Aircraft Operations Eng. A manager with Java expertise typically oversees the development and management of software systems that support aircraft operations.
  


• This role combines Eng. leadership with a strong technical background in Java development, often within the aerospace or aviation industry.
  


• Key Responsibilities:
  


• Soft Devlp Leadership: Lead & manage teams of Java developers in the design, development, testing, & deployment of software applications crucial for aircraft operations, such as flight planning, maintenance tracking, crew management, or data analysis systems.
  


• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance & oversight, ensuring adherence to coding st&ards, best practices, & architectural patterns in Java Devlp.
  


• This includes expertise in areas like real-time systems, embedded software, or large-scale enterprise applications.
  


• Proj & Product Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering & design to implementation & maintenance.
  


• Manage project timelines, resources, & budgets, ensuring timely & high-quality delivery.
  


• Operational Integration: Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, & other departments to understand their needs & translate them into soft requirements.
  


• Ensure seamless integration of soft solutions with existing operational processes & systems.
  


• System Reliability & Performance: Focus on developing robust, scalable, & secure Java applications that meet the stringent reliability & performance requirements of the aviation industry.
  


• Implement monitoring & alerting systems to ensure operational stability.
  


• Team Management & Develop: Recruit, mentor, & develop a high-performing team of soft engineers.
  


• Foster a collaborative & innovative work environment.
  


• Compliance & St&ards: Ensure soft develop & operations comply with relevant aviation regulations, industry st&ards, & internal quality assurance processes.
  


• Required Skills & Qualifications:
  


• Strong Java Development Skills: Extensive experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot or others relevant to enterprise or real-time applications.
  


• Soft Eng. Principles: Solid understanding of soft design patterns, architectural principles, & development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  


• Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading & managing soft develop teams, including proj management & resource allocation.
  


• Aerospace/Aviation Domain Knowledge: Understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance, flight systems, or related aviation concepts is mandatory.
