Must
Have Skills:

1. AWS Architecture &
   Services Expertise – Deep understanding of
   core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation,
   and ECS/EKS.
   
2. Cloud Security &
   Governance – Strong knowledge of
   AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption,
   compliance, and cost optimization.
   
3. DevOps & CI/CD – Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub
   Actions, CodePipeline, Terraform, and container orchestration using
   Docker and Kubernetes.
   
4. Solution Design &
   Leadership – Ability to design
   scalable, resilient cloud solutions and lead technical teams through
   implementation and delivery.
   
5. Monitoring & Performance
   Optimization – Proficiency in using
   CloudWatch, X-Ray, and other tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and
   optimize cloud infrastructure.
   

Nice
to Have Skills:

1. Experience with Serverless
   Architectures – Familiarity with AWS
   Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions for building scalable,
   event-driven applications.
   
2. Knowledge of Machine Learning
   Services – Exposure to AWS
   SageMaker or other ML tools for integrating predictive analytics.
   
3. Multi-Cloud or Hybrid Cloud
   Experience – Understanding of
   Azure or GCP environments for interoperability and migration strategies.

  Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and
  cost-effective AWS cloud architectures aligned with business
  and technical requirements.
• Guide the development team on
  DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and
  AWS CodePipeline.
  
• Ensure system reliability and
  performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and
  optimization using AWS CloudWatch,
  X-Ray, and other observability tools.
