ECMS / BMS / Controls Technician
Commercial Data Centre Project
We are seeking up to four experienced technicians to support works on a major data centre construction project in Macquarie Park. This is an immediate-start opportunity on a technically driven site, with potential for ongoing work beyond the initial scope.
About the Role
You will be working on a live construction site delivering ECMS / EMS / BMS and control cabling works within a data centre environment. The role suits technicians with strong commercial experience and exposure to mechanical electrical systems and control wiring. This role could also be suitable for
Key Responsibilities

• Installation and termination of control, ECMS, and BMS cabling
• Supporting EMS / BMS system infrastructure works
• Reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
• Working alongside mechanical and electrical trades on site
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards in a construction environment

About You

• Experience with ECMS, EMS, BMS, control cabling, or mechanical electrical systems
• Overseas-licensed electricians with proven BMS experience are welcome to apply
• Previous commercial or data centre construction experience preferred
• Able to work autonomously while taking clear direction from site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements
• Electrical or communications background highly regarded

• Start: Immediate
• Duration: 2 month minimum (project extension up to 12-18 months for the right candidates)
