Business Analyst - Data & Integration

DWS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Data & Integration to support a major patient data collection and integration initiative within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role sits within the analysis and requirements phase of the program and will work closely with data, integration and technical specialists to define, document and validate business and functional requirements that support accurate patient-level data linkage and reporting.

Salary: Up to $180k (including super)

Key responsibilities and experience required:

• Very strong experience delivering Agile business analysis and functional analysis services
• Substantial experience documenting business requirements and functional designs using user stories, process flows, wireframes and similar artefacts
• Proven ability to lead workshops and work directly with business and technical stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiating priorities and requirements across diverse groups
• Significant experience designing business process maps and end-to-end process documentation
• Strong data analysis capability, including advanced Excel and solid SQL skills
• Experience defining system integration specifications, including interfaces, error handling and monitoring
• Experience supporting solution demonstrations, UAT and operational readiness activities
• Strong understanding of capturing data requirements across multiple source systems and storing data centrally for analysis and linkage
• Knowledge of secure data transfer concepts and mechanisms
• Healthcare systems experience is highly desirable, with Victorian public health exposure preferred
