Domain: Banking(Payments) (8-10 yrs) /
Wealth Management
Transformation aspect of IT
Transitions/Migrations/Implementations
The stage where the business
is gathering requirements, developing RFPSs, evaluating various vendors,
specifically:
Development of business
requirements
Development of RFPs
Assessment of organisational
change impacts and development of implementation plans
Analysing the current state
inhouse processes
Developing detailed maps
Identify pain points in
processes.
Customer journey mapping &
optimisation
Strong Coordination with IT
