The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support client reporting and internal decision-making
• Build and optimise data models, dashboards, and visualisations using modern BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Work with large, complex datasets across financial systems and data warehouses
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting solutions
• Contribute to data strategy initiatives and continuous improvement of BI capabilities
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role, ideally within financial services or consulting
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
• Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of data modelling and performance optimisation
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• A problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Relevant qualifications in IT, data analytics, finance, or a related field
