Business Intelligence Manager

The Role

• Lead the business intelligence function across multiple hospitality operations and corporate divisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide actionable commercial insights
• Partner with senior leadership, finance, operations, marketing, and venue teams to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Analyse customer behaviour, revenue performance, labour trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Drive data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Manage and optimise BI platforms, reporting tools, and data warehouse environments
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and support analysts within the wider data and reporting team

About You

• Proven experience in a Business Intelligence Manager, Senior BI Analyst, or similar data-focused leadership role
• Experience within hospitality, hotels, retail, tourism, gaming, or multi-site consumer businesses will be highly regarded
• Strong technical capability across BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into meaningful business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Passionate about data, performance improvement, and delivering insights that drive business success
