Job Description - Campaign Business Analyst

Work with stakeholders to
understand their needs and requirements.
Experience in SAS Campaign
Management Tools (SAS MA, SAS CI360)
Experience and understanding of
marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Communicate findings,
recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
Document business requirements,
functional specifications, and process workflows.
Business Requirement Gathering
& Documentation.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex
concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
