The Campus Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end campus recruitment process at IMC, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems, and supporting recruitment events. While the primary focus is recruitment coordination, the role also includes support for university-facing activities, such as organising onsite events, sending out merchandise or assisting with logistics. Your Core Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience
Interview scheduling, including onsite and virtual interviews, assessment days and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams
Offer personalised support and ensure candidates are consistently updated on their interview progress, placing the candidate experience at the forefront of all decision making.
Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as offer letters.
Event & Administrative Support
Provide logistical support for recruitment-related events, including interview days, networking sessions, and on-site activations.
Manage event RSVPs, bookings, catering, and materials preparation.
Liaise with Office Management (OM) to organise internal logistics (e.g., candidate travel, accommodation).
Campus Engagement
Assist with the fulfilment and tracking of university merchandise and prize deliveries.
Support logistics for campus activities when needed e.g. calendar invites, booking of travel and accommodation.
Ensure alignment with the campus team and maintain coordination records.
Your Skills and Experience:
Greenhouse ATS experience a plus
Ability to work well under pressure, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on high-quality delivery
Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility
Aptitude to quickly pick-up things and adapt to new approaches
Experience handling calendars and other logistics on behalf of others
Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and thoughtful discretion with all levels of staff and candidates
