Commercial Analyst

Our client is an organisation with national operations, operating in a fast‑moving environment.

The Role

This is a 6-month interim position and a perfect opportunity to play a key role in analysing performance trends, identifying improvement opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational, financial, and commercial data to identify efficiency, cost, and profitability improvements
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators, investigate variances, and identify root causes
• Support performance tracking and evaluation of improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reporting to provide visibility of key metrics
• Partner with operational leaders to support change and improvement projects
• Contribute to reporting that supports strategic and operational decision‑making

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (dashboarding or BI exposure advantageous)
• Comfortable partnering with operational and senior stakeholders
• Strong ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets
