About the Organisation

Our client is a respected professional membership body focused on maintaining industry standards, supporting member development, and ensuring ongoing compliance and education across its network.

The Opportunity

Working within a close-knit team, you will support the administration of compliance processes relating to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You will play a key role in ensuring members meet annual requirements to maintain their professional accreditation. This contract is covering leave until January 2027.

You will also provide administrative support across governance activities, including working closely with senior stakeholders to prepare documentation for board meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer CPD (Continuous Professional Development) processes and workflows
  • Process CPD applications and supporting documentation
  • Maintain and update member records within internal databases
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Conduct outbound calls to members to follow up on outstanding compliance requirements
  • Support members with uploading documentation and navigating compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing board papers and documentation for upcoming board meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the compliance team and leadership group
  • Contribute to audit preparation, ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, compliance or a high-volume processing role
  • Worked within a college or membership organisation - desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate data entry
  • Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong systems skills and experience working with databases/CRMs
  • Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
