About the Team The Finance/Accounts team is a tightknit team of 9providing support to the firm nationally. This role will work closely with ourfour other Accounts Clerks, three Accountants and our Head of Finance who areall based in Brisbane.
About the Role You will workcollaboratively in the team and be responsible for daily EFTs, mattercreditors, rent payment and processing, suspense and prepaymentreconciliations, principal dividends and credit card processing.
In addition to these keyresponsibilities, you will be required to provide assistance as needed to otherareas/members of the accounts department, toensure that everyone in the team is able to cover all duties during leaveabsences of other team members. Training will be provided for additionalresponsibilities outside of the primary role.
This role is a 13-monthparental leave contract commencing mid-March 2026, with the possibility forextension.
About You We're seeking a drivenand experienced Accounts Clerk who is keen to support a talented and busy team.To be successful in this role you will need a good working knowledge of excel,excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and theability to learn quickly. Legal accounting experience is preferable althoughnot essential.
