Corporate Receptionist | Temp to Perm

THE ROLE:

This is far more than a traditional reception position. As the face of the business, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming office environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors, clients and stakeholders.
• Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Servicing meeting rooms, catering and office facilities.
• Maintaining office supplies, amenities and workplace presentation.
• Assisting with corporate events, training sessions and team functions.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a corporate Receptionist, Concierge or Office Coordinator role.
• A polished and professional presentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine customer service mindset.
• MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency)
