The Role

• We're looking for a personable Customer Service Representative / Officer to support customers with parcel and delivery enquiries.
• Handle phone and email enquiries, providing clear, timely, and professional support.
• Assist with tracking updates, delivery issues, and general customer requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver a positive experience with every interaction.
