Job Description - Data Governance

Strategic implementation of BEN policies and standards relating to Data Governance.

Deep knowledge of CPG235, CPS230, CPS234 and Privacy Act as applied in the Australian Finance Regulatory environment.

Senior stakeholder engagement skills, ability to distill complex topics into easily understood direction.

Pragmatic and excellent problem solving skills.

Ability to lead and guide divisional data strategies, data owner community of practice and represent BEN at regular risk committees and senior forums.

Additional requirements to organize, lead and report on agile ceremonies including quarterly planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint prioritization.
