Delivery Lead - Business Readiness

We're partnering with a major financial services organisation to appoint a Business Readiness Delivery Lead. This is a hands-on delivery role, responsible for planning, coordinating and executing business readiness, testing and change activities across multiple program releases. You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively and teams are aligned and informed.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business readiness and change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication and training initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate testing, ensuring the business is prepared for new releases and processes.
• Manage program risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Drive collaboration between business and delivery teams, facilitating decision-making and alignment across multiple streams.
• Track progress and performance against program milestones, ensuring delivery meets quality, time and budget expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and adoption of changes.
• Contribute to the preparation of governance documentation, reporting and executive updates.

To succeed, you will offer:

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs from planning to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience implementing APRA standards.
• Experience in financial services, regulatory and/or compliance-focused programs.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies, balance priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach to delivery.
