DevSecOps Engineer with NV1 clearance

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer
with a strong system administration background in Windows, Linux and cloud
environments.  The ideal candidate will possess strong automation
skills using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Bicep, Python,
PowerShell and Bash, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies or similar. 

Key Responsibility:

1.       Develop and automate ICT systems.

2.       Design, build, and implement DevSecOps
services and pipelines.

3.       Implement security controls in accordance with
guidelines such as the Australian Government ISM

4.       Author build guides and procedures and gain
approval.

5.       Build and maintain Defence cloud environments.

6.       Build and maintain networks infrastructure and
services in cloud environments.

7.       Provide technical support and services as
required.

Desirable
skills include:

8.    Windows and Linux system administration.

9.    Scripting languages and automation tools such
as PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, Python and Azure DevOps pipelines.

1.    The development of Standard Operating
Environments (SOEs).

11.   Network infrastructure and services including:

·         Identify and Access Management (IDAM)

·         Logging and monitoring

·         Backup and recovery

·         Host and network-based firewalls

·         Reverse and forward proxies

·         OS patching and hardening

·         Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

·         Performance optimisation

·         Network security

12.   Microsoft Azure cloud environments or similar.

13.   DevSecOps and agile practices 

14.   Cyber security practices

15.   Testing and quality assurance

16.   Producing and maintaining high quality
technical documentation.

17.   NV1 clearance or higher is mandatory. 

18.   SFIA- Level 4
