The Role

This role supports the delivery people and culture functions across the organisation, partnering with managers to coordinate recruitment and onboarding and ensure a positive experience for new starters. The role also contributes today‑to‑day HR operations, including policy work, compliance, and general HR administration, while helping advance broader organisational priorities. This is a full-time role, based in the CBD, with one day flexibility to work from home.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have:

• 1-2 years' experience in a HR Role
• Experience using Employment Hero (desirable)
• Excellent communication, time-management and organisation skills
• Have full working rights in Australia
