Infrastructure Test Manager - Citizenship Required

DWS is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Test Manager with deep technical knowledge across networks, compute, storage, and databases, and strong capability in planning and executing testing activities that support provisioning, transition, and operational readiness. Working within a major transformation program, you will lead test governance, strategy, and execution while operating confidently in complex, multi-vendor environments.
This role requires a senior consultant who brings maturity, leadership, and the ability to work autonomously while facilitating outcomes across virtual teams and multiple stakeholders.

Style : Hybrid, 3 days per week in the offices
Rate : up to $190,000 (inc super) depending on experience

Skills and Experience:

• Australian citizenship is essential, with an existing Baseline or higher AGSVA clearance
• Strong experience in Testing and Quality leadership across large enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience delivering Test Management for large-scale ($10M+) IT infrastructure and application transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains including:
  • Networks
  • Compute
  • Storage
  • Databases
• Experience planning and executing testing activities to support infrastructure provisioning, operational transition, and BAU readiness.
• Proven ability to operate in fluid, ambiguous, and multi-vendor environments, including working with system integrators and multi-source delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability in:
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Leadership across virtual teams
  • Stakeholder communication and influencing
• Strong grounding in test governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
