Accountabilities:

• Integrate and leverage AI technologies, including custom GPTs, to enhance learning experiences and improve outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
• Continuously experiment with innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and learner engagement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in instructional design, learning program development, or related roles.
• Familiarity with AI applications in education, including large language models like GPT-4.
• Ability to prototype and implement AI-powered learning tools and solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
