IT Support - 3-month Contract - Western Suburb

We're partnering with a Manufacturing company with a strong presence across Australia. They are looking for someone to start immediately in their Queensland office. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. Some of the role responsibilities include:

• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for staff in both office and plant environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OT (operational technology) systems.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Details:

• Working hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday in the office.
• Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract.
• Getting involved with IT projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an IT Support in Manufacturing/ Industrial environment.
• Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), and Office 365 suite (Intune), Networking and OT Systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working rights in Qld (no sponsorship provided).
