IT Support Engineer - 3 months contract - Bayside

Robert Half is partnered with a Food Manufacturer in Queensland, and they are seeking an IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows server & VMware & Cisco environment
• Monitor & troubleshoot any complex issues relating to server, virtualization and networking
• Assist the service desk team by taking incoming calls and enquiries
• Provie onsite support to end users

Details:

• 5 days WFO arrangement. Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Onsite parking provided.
• Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.

Requirements:

• Working rights in Qld (no sponsorship provided)
• 5+ years of experience in L3 support engineer
• Decent knowledge in server, virtualization and networking
• Ability to work on-site in Bayside region
