Job Description - Java Developer with IVR

Â· Develop, test and deploy high -quality code applications in Java 17.

Â· Providing application maintenance and after hour support.

Â· Assisting in monitoring and improving IVR service availability, reliability, and performance.

Providing business/technical support in product releases and day -to -day enquiries / requests

Must Have Skills:

Â· Hands on Experience into IVR

Â· Understanding of the Contact Center domain

Â· Core Java 17 (or Java 11 at a minimum) development experience.

Â· Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSF, VXML, JavaScript, AngularJS

Â· Working experience with creating and consuming both SOAP -based and RESTful Web Services

Â· Working knowledge of Maven, Git and Bitbucket

Â· Experience with relational databases, WebSphere Liberty and IntelliJ iDEA.

Waterfall and Agile methodology
