· Develop, test and deploy high -quality code applications in Java 17.
· Providing application maintenance and after hour support.
· Assisting in monitoring and improving IVR service availability, reliability, and performance.
Providing business/technical support in product releases and day -to -day enquiries / requests
Must Have Skills:
· Hands on Experience into IVR
· Understanding of the Contact Center domain
· Core Java 17 (or Java 11 at a minimum) development experience.
· Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSF, VXML, JavaScript, AngularJS
· Working experience with creating and consuming both SOAP -based and RESTful Web Services
· Working knowledge of Maven, Git and Bitbucket
· Experience with relational databases, WebSphere Liberty and IntelliJ iDEA.
