Job Description - Lead Technical Advisor Cyber Security

Mandatory Experience

Experience working within an Australian Government agency in a cyber security or security
architecture role.
Strong knowledge of:
â Australian Government Information Security Manual
â Essential Eight
â Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
Demonstrated experience conducting cyber security risk assessments and producing security
artefacts required for system authorisation.
Experience implementing or advising on Essential Eight uplift activities.
Experience designing or implementing identity and access management solutions.
Ability to analyse technical architectures and assess cyber security risks.

Communication and Engagement Skills

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to work withboth technical and non -technical stakeholders.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasivedocumentation that meets security accreditation requirements.
