Job Description

We are seeking the expertise of a Marketing & Administration Assistant to support our highly successful Hotels team based in our Sydney CBD office. This is a great opportunity kickstart your successful career with Colliers by utilising your marketing and administrative skills within a dynamic environment. This position is a 12 month maternity leave cover.

As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Head of Hotels, Australia and broader team to coordinate and prepare reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Managing campaigns and reviewing marketing collateral, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Finance related administration which includes reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses.
  • Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
  • Organising travel and other related arrangements for the team.

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
