The Role
As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the onboarding of new staff and subcontractors. Your responsibilities include conducting due diligence, assisting with inductions, organising PPE, arranging travel, and ensuring all onboarding paperwork and requirements are met from the moment a contract is issued. You'll also manage police clearances and rigorous onboarding requirements, including those for projects and contracts with major mining clients.

This role is based on-site in Osborne Park and is a full-time role, Monday - Friday. There can be some flexibility with school hours and start times.

Your Profile
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills. Previous experience in mobilisation is likely essential and experience using Pegasus is strongly preferred.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, can multitask efficiently, and are proactive in problem-solving.
