Oracle HCM FDI Dashboard Senior Developer

Relevant Experience : Overall 8-10 years of
reporting track experience. Approx 1-2 years of strong hands-on experience in
Oracle FDI

Tasks: Designs, develops, and maintains reports
and interactive FDI dashboards using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI),
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and BI Publisher to provide business insights
from Oracle HCM data.

Key responsibilities: include gathering requirements,
customizing FDI semantic models, building ETL pipelines, creating visualizations,
ensuring data integrity, and providing technical expertise to business users.
Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, knowledge of HCM data structures, and experience with
Oracle Cloud reporting tools are essential.

Key Tools & Technologies

·       Oracle Fusion Data
Intelligence (FDI/FAW): The primary platform for building the dashboards and
analytics.

·       Oracle Analytics
Cloud (OAC): For developing and delivering dashboards.

·       BI Publisher: For
creating pixel-perfect reports.

·       Oracle HCM Cloud:
The source of the data being analyzed.

·       SQL/PL/SQL: For
data manipulation and querying.
