Outbound Sales Consultant

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ shifts are filled quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the voice of HCA - engaging with new and existing nurses, converting candidates into active shift workers, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a dynamic, phone-based role that blends sales, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit the phones! Make proactive outbound calls to nurses and clients to fill shifts fast.
• Convert and engage: Turn newly registered nurses into active shift workers.
• Reverse market: Identify opportunities to place available candidates with clients.
• Build relationships: Deliver exceptional service to both clients and nurses.
• Support operations: Maintain accurate records, update availability, and ensure smooth handovers to After Hours teams.
• Drive results: Help the team meet financial and service delivery targets.

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service (healthcare or staffing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
