Our current Practice Manager is heading off on maternity leave come September, and we’re looking for our next superstar to step in. We’re a tight-knit crew located in Woodend which is nestled within the Macedon Ranges, providing exceptional animal care with a healthy dose of compassion & humour.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine
• Lead, inspire and motivate our fantastic team
• Master the art of daily operations: inventory management, HR, schedules & keeping clients happy
• Bring new ideas and improvements
• Be the ultimate go-to problem-solver & unofficial team cheerleader

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in the veterinary field (Practice Manager experience is a bonus!)
• Great leadership and communication skills
• A cool, calm demeanour under pressure
• A heart that is big enough for animals and humans
• A sense of humour that makes our team laugh out loud (or at least giggle a little)
• A drive to support a positive culture within the workplace
• A keen eye for detail
