Process Analyst

Your new role will see you conducting detailed process analysis across complex projects and programs within a large enterprise environment. You will define process scope, document current and future state processes, and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure changes are clearly understood and effectively embedded. Initial project work will focus on assessing process implications as changes begin to flow through, identifying impacts, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience delivering in a Process Analyst or similar role across projects and programs
• Very strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, including the ability to apply enterprise style guides and templates
• Substantial experience working within large, complex enterprise environments
• Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
• Hands-on experience using Signavio for process modelling, analysis, and design
