We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to uplift project management standards and practices, enhance delivery capability, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide governance and assurance frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing program and project management support to uplift standards and practices across the organisation. You will ensure that all project management activities are aligned with enterprise portfolio management and governance frameworks, embedding consistency and best practice across initiatives.

You will play a key role in enhancing project management capability by building the skills and confidence of project managers and support staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver against enterprise expectations. Your expertise will help to drive a consistent approach, creating better visibility, reporting, and control across projects.

In addition to capability uplift, you will provide hands-on support for projects when required, ensuring delivery remains on track, on budget, and aligned with agreed objectives. This will involve supporting stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain momentum, and deliver outcomes that meet business needs.

You are a results-oriented Program Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for improving project management capability across teams. You bring:

• Proven experience leading or supporting large, complex programs/projects.

• Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance, and assurance requirements.

• Ability to coach and mentor project managers and support staff.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
