We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Project Manager to lead complex projects, including data migration and CRM transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery leadership, data, Microsoft technologies, with a strong background in Azure SQL and Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) environments.

Salary: up to $200K package (inc super), depending on experience

About the Role

As a DWS Techno/Functional Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of end-to-end projects involving data migration, integration, and Dynamics CRM. You'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders & vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery, including data migration projects, including planning, execution, and cutover
• Manage implementation and enhancement of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 platforms
• Oversee Azure SQL-based data solutions, including data modelling, ETL processes, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and solution design
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate testing, data validation, and post-migration reconciliation activities

Essential skills & experience:

• Core experience in Senior Technical Project Management ideally delivering data migration projects
• Hands-on exposure to Azure SQL, data platform technologies, integration tools
• Experience delivering Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, migration frameworks
• Worked in Agile project environments, ideally with industry recognised certification such as CBAP or similar
• Industry experience within financial services highly regarded
